It's a very nice cap that fit well on my head. I would say my head size is a REGULAR size for an adult. The hat is not heavy at all. I like the ideal of having protection that not noticeable when wearing the hat. Overall I'm very please with my cap.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A 5 STAR BUT BECAUSE IT A LITTLE LONG ON THE SIDES IT COME OVER TOP OF MY EAR. IT COULD BE APPROXIMATELY 1/8 INCH SHORTER. OTHERWISE, I LOVE IT!!
